Remove from the heat.

thickening

Dust a flat surface with cornflour and tip the clay onto this area.

When the clay is cool enough to touch, knead it until it is smooth.

kneed

Cover the clay with lunch wrap and leave to cool completely...then it is ready for modelling.

Creating your models:
You can make statues, plaques, anything you like with your clay.
To dry it, place the model on waxed paper on a baking tray and bake at 150°C for up to 30 mins. (30 mins for thick creations and less if they are thin).
Turn the oven off and leave there for another hour.
If further drying is required, leave on a wire rack and air-dry it.
If you don't want to use an oven you can air-dry your model, it may take several days.
When dry decorate the model...however you want...use crayons, paints, glitter glue, felt pens, or anything else you can think of.

The clay will keep for 2 weeks if wrapped in lunch wrap and stored in the fridge. Knead it to soften when you want to use it.
